Half Hitch out of town and show warranty policy is as follows: We repair or replace any item we sell that has broken due to manufacture defect for up to 1 year from date of original purchase, unless the manufacture has a shorter warranty period, which would prevail. Warranties for longer than one year should be sent direct to the manufacturer, we will gladly provide their address should you need it. The repair or replace will be at our discretion.
Below is the process for getting warranty repairs or replacement.
You should ship or have the item delivered to us, we will inspect the item to determine that it is indeed covered by warranty; we will then replace the item and ship it back to you. You must pay for the freight to us and we pay the return freight if it is a warranted item.
You give us the model number off the broken item, we will sell you a new item and ship it to you and charge it to your credit card, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. When you receive the new item, remove it from its box or tube and insert the broken item into the shipping container and ship back to us, you must pay for the freight back to us. When we receive the broken item we issue a credit to your card for the replacement item.
You can return it to us at the next show we are at in your area. We advise you to call us ahead of time to make arrangements because all items are not brought to every show or from one year to the next. Exchange can be made at the show or we can accept the item form you and have a replacement or repaired item shipped to you.
