Dan Russell Pier Hurricane Dennis Damage:
The pier has been reopened!
Damage to the Dan Russell Pier from Hurricane Dennis was
extensive. Repairs have been quickly made, and the pier has now reopened. The
pier extends out about 130 feet past the bathrooms to where it is then fenced
off, where most of the damage from the hurricane occurred. There is still plenty
of good fishing to be had on the pier. New picture posted

Here is the temporary fence situated down from the
bathrooms.
