Today's Notes:

Got sever reports today from folks fishing in the gulf targeting bottom species like red snapper and grouper. Capt. Scott Gardine of Fish Time Charters had his group on a hot gag grouper and red snapper bite for most of the day. Live cigar minnows and sand perch were the top baits so expect to spend a little time catching your bait. Robert Bennington sent in a report from this weekend while fishing aboard his daughters boat Into the Blue out of Destin where he caught this 20 pound monster red snapper. Brian Shiphorst also reported that the king mackerel biter was to his liking out of Pensacola. So folks if see an opportunity get out there and get in on the bite!!

Thanks everyone for the great reports folks and if you have one and would like to shear we would love to hear about it. So drop in at the store or email them to rob@halfhitch.com
