Today's Notes:

Most of the positive reports from yesterday were from folks like Ryan Delaney who got this nice red using a live pinfish for bait in the sound somewhere in the narrows. Capt Mike Connors of Coastal Life Charters fishing out of Woodlawn was on the specks and reds all day fishing with live shrimp and working X-Rap slash baits on the drop-offs on the north side of the sound. Capt. Chuck Kemper of Lucky Chucky Charters also got into the reds fishing the grass flats in the sound.

It wasn’t all glowing reports yesterday especially from folks fishing the pier. Almost everyone we heard from gave the same report that the bite was dead yesterday. Hopefully that will improve today and I will get a more positive report I can pass along. Until next time GET OUT THERE and get in on the bite.

If anyone else has a report you would like to share we would love to hear about it. So drop in at the store and tell us a tale / give us a report or email them to rob@halfhitch.com
